About the Fiesta Americana Villas Cancun

The Fiesta Americana Villas Cancun are located at the northern end of the Hotel Zone and is about a 10 mile, 30 minute drive from the International Airport.  The Fiesta Americana offers three different types of rooms, Deluxe Villas - kitchenette and two double beds, The Villa Master Suite - king bed, double sofa and kitchenette and the Master Suite - two bedrooms with king size beds, a third bedroom with two double beds, a kitchenette and terrace.

Onsite there is also the Uru Spa, three restaurants, La Palapa with international cuisine, Restaurante Mexicano - Mexican fusion cuisine and La Bodega Steak and Wine - an Argentinian restaurant serving premium beef and wines.

There are two bars, the Lobby bar featuring karaoke at night and the Bikini bar which is outside with views of the Caribbean.

The Cancun hotel zone is a peninsula starting from just east of the international airport and stretching about 10 miles to the north and then 3 or 4 miles westward back towards downtown Cancun.  This area has more than 100 beautiful resorts and hotels all lining the stunning white sand beaches with the warm turquoise Caribbean water.  The peninsula creates a lagoon between the Caribbean and the mainland that separates the hotel zone from the rest of the city.  High end shopping malls lines the streets between the resorts.  Just off shore, and about a 20 minute ferry ride to the north is Isla Mujeres, a beautiful island that is perfect for day trips.

Cancun's hotel zone also has some great restaurants that are outside of the resort but very close. In addition there are some fun day trips where you can visit the Mayan Ruins and the adventure/water parks of Xel-ha, Xplor, Xcaret, Xavage, Xibalba and Xenses, to name just a few that are all located about 60-90 minutes south of the hotel zone.
